Breaking generational curses. 🙏✝️

Sometimes healing means recognizing patterns that have been passed down for generations and making the decision that it stops with me.

Not through my own strength—but through Jesus. ❤️

I don’t want to carry bitterness, dysfunction, fear, anger, or unhealthy patterns into another generation. I want my children and grandchildren to inherit something different: faith, love, peace, prayer, forgiveness, and a relationship with God.

You may not be responsible for what was handed to you, but with God, you can choose what you hand forward.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” — 2 Corinthians 5:17

Some family patterns don’t need to be continued.
They need to be surrendered to Jesus. 🙌

sometimes one of the biggest things standing between us and what God is calling us to do is worrying too much about what other people might think.

Take the risk. Post the content. Dive into the unknown. Make the change. Start the business. Whatever God has put on your heart, have the courage to begin.

It’s so easy to become more focused on people’s opinions than on our assignment. And I know that because I’ve done it. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve overthought posting something because I wondered how it would be perceived.

But we are turning that ship around. Because if sharing one video, one piece of my story, or one lesson God is teaching me can encourage, inspire, or help even one person, then it’s worth it.

I don’t have it all figured out (far from it!!!) 😂 and I don’t think anyone really does. But I hope that by sharing more honestly and bringing you along for the journey, God can use my story to help others.

There will always be opinions and judgement from others regardless of what you do, so may as well go for it 🤍

almost two years ago, I sat across from Gina @speakthevictory (now one of my best friends) and basically told her:

“thissss is what people want from you…

it’s the wisdom you have. the way you mother. how you’re raising 5 babies with so much grace. how they’re so amazing. your testimony. your faith. the things you’ve fought through & learned in marriage that feel completely normal to YOU…

you should be talking about this.”

as you can tell, she wasn’t immediately thrilled with the idea of making content + putting herself out there 😂

but I could see it.

so we pushed the beads aside LOL & spent SIX HOURS at that coffee shop going through pagessss of notes in her phone that were literally pure gold.

she was carrying GOLD 😭🪎

but sometimes the gold is so normal to you, you don’t even realize it has value.

but Gina started to see itttt 😭

she started showing up, sharing what she’s learned, teaching women from things she’s actually lived + seen the fruit of in her own family. (I’ve also seen it personally with my own 2 eyes btw😭)

& now 23,000+ women are listening to her! 🥹

& she’s created tools to help them 🗝️💌

there are women out there praying for help with things she’s already walked through.

THAT’S what I mean when I say your testimony can become somebody else’s key.

& I can’t help but wonder how many women are sitting on something that could genuinely help somebody else…but they don’t see it as anything yet.

sometimes you need somebody to sit across the table from you and say:

waitttttt….do you realize what you have here?
