Jewelry I packed for a two week road trip Part 2: this ring by brilliant and always surprising @edgarmosa

I purchased this ring from @specific_gravity in Brooklyn, NY. Specific Gravity is the supporting shop of @brooklynmetalworks and my favorite jewelry shop in NYC. They have an incredible roster of artists with jewelry, objects, art and gifts. A must visit for sure.

Edgar makes this ring with a single chain, too, (which I also have), but I love this chunky versions it’s comfortable and flexible, despite being large between the fingers. Highly recommend ✔️

Late last year I made three very unique tabletop pieces for a special exhibition at @specific_gravity , and I am happy to finally share them here!

These statuettes are contemporary talismans—tools that invite reflection and offer a quiet sense of orientation. The crescent moon, long associated with magic and divination, becomes a vessel for light; the prism, its mirror. Together they turn the ordinary into something luminous. Their reflections move slowly across a room, inviting contemplation and calm, opening brief, charged moments where the everyday touches the extraordinary.

Meet Dewdrop, Wish 1 and Wish 2. Made out of brass, Argentium Silver, new and vintage prisms, and fine wood. Available at Specific Gravity or you can DM me directly.

March is all about aquamarines! The blue-green beauty from the beryl family is our most popular stone: they rank an 8 on the Moh’s hardness scale and come primarily from Brazil and Madagascar. Tap to find your favorite at one of our select retailers 💎

Thank you Jade (@writeinjade) for the beautiful tour of @specific_gravity, a space you manage with such care and intention 💕 There’s something special about this store. Every piece feels alive with the hands and stories of the artists who made it. The energy is warm, thoughtful, and quietly electric, one of those places that reminds you why artist-made jewelry matters so much ✨

Marking one year since I crafted this custom oval solitaire ✨ Working with Stephan was such a joy, and seeing his beautifully planned proposal to Lisbeth come to life last spring still makes me smile. Creating pieces that hold so much meaning for people remains one of the true gifts of my work 🤍
