What are you actually doing to improve your mindset?

Not thinking about it.
Not talking about it.
Doing something about it.

Athletes spend hours training their body. But when the pressure hits, your mindset is what has to hold up.

Are you setting goals?
Visualising?
Reflecting after training?
Working with a mentor?
Challenging the way you talk to yourself?

Because mindset doesn’t improve by accident.

Do the work. Find the right mentors. Build the mindset. Amplify your game.

So, what are you doing this week to get better mentally — and who are you learning from?

This deserves a place on the grid, blessed to be involved with these amazing humans in the last 8 weeks I have seen them grow, in fitness in personality and In friendships.
The whole club has been involved and the kids are learning from this bunch of legends and they are relishing and realising it doesn’t matter your ability everyone is equal.
Rugby league the greatest game of all.

Thanks to all involved and continue to support our @greystanesdevils Try time team.
It’s great at Greystanes.
