NFD done right! 💪🔥

@speedflexltd X @hytruck teamed up yesterday for an outdoor functional workout with members at Wyndley Leisure Centre!

We had SkiErgs, wall balls, rowers, battleropes… but most importantly, we had the Speedflex Blade! 😝

Everyone showed up, pushed themselves and absolutely smashed it. 💪

A fantastic National Fitness Day all round! 🔥

Excited to be working with a new partner!

This week, two Speedflex BLADE machines were installed with Alliance Leisure at MyActive Brough Leisure Centre as the site continues its preparations ahead of opening this August.
But an installation is just the beginning.

Next up is team training, where we’ll be working with the team of PTs and instructors to build the confidence and skills they need to help members get the very best from the BLADE, wherever they are in their fitness journey. From mobility, stability and balance sessions to JNRZ programming, we’ll also be exploring how to create engaging gym floor HIIT (without the hurt) experiences that keep members coming back week after week.

Our goal is always the same: to help our partners deliver experiences that members genuinely enjoy and want to repeat.

We can’t wait to see the team bring the space to life when the doors open next month🏋️🥳
