Week 2 of the Brutality Block 🙌🏼

3x1 110kg Squats and we managed 2 (sort of 😂) then secondary Bench.

We keep going we keep showing up and WE KEEP FIGHTING 🙏 idk if I'm in my head, a 25kg Bar or the monolift fucked with me but it's most likely all damned three 🤣

Big Love to @reayliftz & @spencestrength for being my spotters and emotional support humans today ❤️

The all new and quite frankly fucking incredible warm weather tack. This ground up engineered shares only 20% of its contents with the first iteration. I ran out of talent so employed a lab to help get what I knew was possible but what an athlete needed. The ability to transition between stones is greatly improved. Run times will be smashed… and used correctly lifts will be altered. This will be to tack what grip jizz was to liquid chalk… a revelation. #AtlasStones #Tacky #strongman #Affinity #CaveMan
