✨We are SO excited to announce THE Tori Spero will be guiding a stunning yoga session Saturday morning for Starstuff✨ You may have seen this wildly talented triple threat on the Seattle stage and now you can experience her deeply connected yogi side! Limited space available- so sign up early!

This 45-minute slow flow is made for artists and creatives of every kind. Through intentional movement, a touch of building heat to get your creative energy flowing, and well-held moments of rest, you’ll explore how energy moves through the body and how stillness can be just as generative as motion. Come as you are, bring your curiosity, and leave feeling open, restored, and ready to create.

Tori is an E-RYT 500 Master Trainer in Vinyasa and the founder of SperoRising, a continuing education and wellness events company. Teaching since 2015, she has built a career around helping people move with greater awareness and confidence. She leads teacher trainings for future instructors, as well as posture clinics, workshops, and retreats open to practitioners of every background. Her classes extend beyond Vinyasa to Barre and Yoga Sculpt, and she teaches at Imagine Hot Yoga & Wellness in Renton and at Muse in Kent. Follow along on Instagram @spero.rising

A Special Message from My Heart 💚

As I celebrate three years of Yoga Om Wellness Studio, my heart is filled with gratitude. What started as a dream has become so much more than a yoga studio. It has become a place of connection, healing, growth, friendship, and community.

I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to share my passion for yoga and wellness with all of you. Every student who walks through our doors, every teacher who shares their gifts, and every person who has supported this journey has helped make Yoga Om what it is today.

There have been challenges, lessons, changes, stress and beautiful moments along the way, but through it all, my love for this community has continued to grow. You have become my family.
Thank you for believing in this dream, for being part of our journey, and for allowing Yoga Om to be part of yours. You are the reason these three years mean so much to me.
As we celebrate this milestone, I am reminded that the greatest blessings in life are not things we own, but the people we meet, the lives we touch, and the love we share.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being part of my dream. I am beyond grateful, deeply blessed, and excited for everything still to come.

With love and gratitude,
Ommy Rivera 💚
