This is one of those easy dinners that’s perfect for busy fall nights. A little prep, throw everything in the crockpot, and let it do its thing!

- 1 can crushed tomatoes

Beef tips & gravy recipe:
2 lbs of stew beef
3 tbsp of olive oil
2 tsp of minced garlic
1/2 cup of onion chopped finely
1 cup of bone broth (regular broth works too)
2 1/2 cups of baby bella mushrooms sliced
1 10.5 oz can of cream of mushroom
1 packet of simply organic french onion dip mix
Black pepper
Salt
Onion powder
Garlic powder

Preheat your pan on medium, pour in the olive oil, sauté onions and minced garlic. Make sure you pat dry and season the beef with the pepper, salt, garlic and onion powder. Then place in the pan with your onions, minced garlic and sear the stew meat on all sides. Once meat has been seared pour in the bone broth, french onion packet, cream of mushroom, and the sliced mushrooms and mix well. Cover and place in oven on 325° for 2-3 hours or until meat is done! Check it half way.

Serve with mashed potatoes or egg noodles.

You could definitely do this in a crockpot too, I’d just do it on low for 6-8 hours!
