Comparison isn’t fixed by trying harder not to compare

Sometimes we compare to prove we’re behind.
Sometimes we compare to feel a little bit better than someone else.

Either way, we’re making assumptions about another woman’s life, and we never actually find out what’s going on for her.

After almost 10 years of helping women change their bodies, I’ve seen what actually heals it: community. When you see how other women really got where they are, and understand their context, their circumstances and their privilege, their journey stops being a measuring stick.

And when you hold space for someone else, you start to see your own worth too.

Six mistakes, six fixes, and not one of them is “try harder”

If you’re a neurodivergent woman trying to get fit, build muscle or lose fat without another fucking bullshit diet, these are the patterns I see over and over.

We need to get out of a mindset where we’ve convinced ourselves that there’s something wrong with us and realise we’ve never had the right support, the right frameworks or the right information.
