“I arrived with a heavy heart and every day I found a piece of myself again.”

This was one of the things I heard last night as we closed our 7-day yoga retreat in Mallorca.

14 women from different places, carrying different stories, challenges, and hopes.

Every day was special in its own way, but what I heard in our closing circle touched me deeply:

“I got my lightness back.”

“Being here felt like a big warm hug.”

“My whole body feels restructured.”

“I stopped fighting the calm.”

“I go home nourished.”

“This retreat felt like coming back home.”

These words mean more to me than I can express because they speak about what is possible when we slow down, breathe, move, connect, laugh, cry, sing, rest, and simply allow ourselves to be in a safe and supportive container.

Thank you to every woman who shared this week with me. I’m truly humbled ✨

Practice during brighter days is harder for some and easier for others.

No matter your preference you want to be consistent with both.

Either you draw joy and ease from your circumstances and let the enjoyment fuel your practice.
Or
You allow yourself to experience that even when you feel worthless, heavy, lazy or bubbly- your body and inner experience won’t be neglected. You let the practice fuel you.

Power is palpable when not dependent on circumstances

What I taught last week.
We practiced to cultivate steadiness and clarity. Alignment served as a discipline to build stability, resilience, and intelligent attention.

From that steadiness, a strong and focused practice unfolds, maybe the most self-liberating thing to do

Belated 2025 dump

I'm not gonna lie, 2025 was a year full of challenges, ups and downs, health issues, all connected to delayed big decisions. Mid year was one of the deepest periods in my life. When everything pushed me towards to make a decison i wanted to make for so long (too long actually), i finally decided, i quit my corporate job and moved to Tenerife.
Finally I'm doing what I love, leading surf and yoga camps, teaching yoga, some social media and enjoying the sun and ocean every day.
I needed like one month to slow down, regulate my nervous system, to get out of survival mode, that I was living in the past years. I got easily overstimualted, i was in a really bad state. So I needed to take it realllyyy slow to calm my nervous system. I was reading a lot, cooking again, practicing yoga, sometimes surfing and doing nothing, one thing at a day. After a month I started to feel better. I started to meet friends more often, to go out. I got back to me, i got back to my feminine energy. I closed the year feeling happy again after a long time. I arrived home✨️

Home was never a place for me but a feeling, people, connections..

So looking back at 2025, i'm not gonna say i'm grateful for everything, because that would be a lie, some parts I would skipp😅 In the and it's true what doesn't kill you makes you stronger😅 Jokes aside, I'm grateful for where I ended up to be, physically, mentally, emotionally and at a soul level.🙏 and I'm grafeful for living the life I wished for years ago.🙏

Looking back at these pictures my heart is full, i'm thankful for all the memories and for everyone who was sharing the journey with me🥰✨️

Highlight of the year for sure is moving to Tenerife and everything that came with it🫶🥰 and the camps for sure, I enjoy it a lot🧘‍♀️

For 2026 I wish for happyness, softness, joy, love, balance, health, peace, quality time, w good friends, w family, good food(very important😅), travel, camps and much more..🥰

Yesterday we held our very first Gua Sha event — with yoga, a sound bath, gelato, delicious treats, refreshing drinks, and of course, a thoughtfully curated gift bag.🍨

The atmosphere was all about slowing down, breathing, and taking time for yourself. During the sound bath, we almost drifted off — it was pure calm.

Thank you to @ravi_organics for the inspiring Gua Sha class — we learned so much. Also, in Sweden, it’s perfectly normal to eat gelato all year round.
And thanks to @spicytapas for the beautiful yoga & sound bath sessions. 💌

This journey is coming to an end.
Grateful for the depth, honesty, and courage everyone brought to this training. Watching each of you grow as practitioners, as teachers, as humans has been such a gift.

It’s the end of this chapter, but really just the beginning of so many new ones. Excited to see where your paths will lead and how your teaching will keep evolving 🫂

Meet our new teacher Chantal ✨

With the change of the seasons, we also have new offerings. One of them is that we’ve extended our schedule so you have more opportunities to practice. The Wednesday class will continue throughout the whole year. 🤍

And with that we are lucky and very happy to welcome Chantal @spicytapas to our team!

Chantal’s teaching is rooted in her own practice and inspired by the principles of B.K.S. Iyengar. She focuses on precise alignment and offering a wide variety of variations that open new perspectives on body and mind. For her, humor is as much a part of yoga as discipline and precision. Her classes are vibrant and dynamic, inviting students to explore their own limits with curiosity and ease.

Join Chantal every Wednesday 18:30 at our pop up studio and expand your practice and root down into presence.
