Where we started, and where we are now ❤️

I got Jenn to really dig through our old saves and old phones to find that original picture. Mostly because it's such an apt representative of my transition. That first picture was the first time we went to Mexico and only 2.5 months before I started hormones and beginning my official medical transition. That makes it about 3.5 years ago which really isn't a very long time at all. The other picture is in Mexico yesterday before having a nice beach dinner.

So much has changed in those 3.5 years. I thought I would look at this picture and cringe, and I definitely did, but mostly I feel proud. Proud of climbing out of my self destructive path, proud of having the courage to transition despite the discrimination and hard ships, proud that we overcame huge financial barriers such as abandoning my business in order to transition safely.

I have eternal love and admiration for my strongest supporter, most understanding and patient partner @spiderjenn_ for being there for me from the beginning. You are literally one of a kind ❤️ Thanks as well to my Mom and Dad for being there from day one as well. Couldn't have done this without the strength, patience and understanding of these three amazing people ❤️

Daphne, Domino’s princess and previous holder of the Dragon Flame 🐉💫🔥

Thank you so much @luxifer.cos for hosting this beautiful collab 💫 I’ve loved Daphne since I was a child and to portray her in this collab is actually a childhood dream come true! Sometimes, all we need is to surround ourselves with people with the same goal and make it happen💫

I still hold Bloom in my cosplans as I want to do her in a near future 🥰

Also, please find below the usernames of these cosplayers! They all look so gorgeous 😭💫

On March 31st, Mel had her pre-op consultation and on April 1st, Mel had FFS!

We're about to head to her last post-op consultation, and heading home tomorrow.

Thanks Dr. DB for everything, especially the coffee in a fancy cup 😉❤️
