There’s so much good food in Molito! When you enjoy eating the way I do, sometimes we need a little help when it comes to heartburn and acid reflux. It really sucks that there are foods that trigger it, but when we need help with that, Famotidine + Calcium Carbonate + Magnesium Hydroxide (Kremil-S Advance) can really help!

Last weekend in a nutshell ❤️

I consider myself lucky to have found friends that have been by my side since high school. Now that they have families, we don’t see each other as much. But as I experienced last weekend it takes a village to raise a child and I was happy to be their villager ❤️

Once a Superbod, forever a Superbod. ❤️‍🔥

Today, seeing so many aspiring Superbods at the go-see reminded me that every person walking through those doors carries a different story. Different fears. Different goals. But we’re all chasing the same thing—to become the best version of ourselves.

Joining Century Tuna Superbods was one of the most transformative experiences of my life. Looking back, it’s funny because I almost didn’t join. I doubted whether I was “fit enough” or capable enough to stand beside so many incredible athletes.

But I realized something: every strong person you admire once had a day one.

Superbods taught me that health and fitness aren’t about being perfect—they’re about showing up for yourself every single day. It’s about choosing to become a little stronger, a little healthier, and a little more confident than you were yesterday.

Along the way, I found a community that inspired me to try new workouts, push past limits I thought I had, and most importantly, enjoy the journey. It changed my relationship with fitness from something I had to do into something I genuinely love because of how it makes me feel.

So if you’re wondering whether you’re “ready,” this is your sign. Don’t wait until you feel perfect. Take that first step anyway. You are far more capable than you think, and you’ll surprise yourself with how much you can grow.

Tomorrow is the last day of casting, and I can’t wait to meet even more aspiring Superbods. I hope to see you there. Your journey might just begin with one brave decision. ❤️‍🔥💪

After 4 years of being away we finally cameback.

Reconnecting with the soil and people that have made a big impact on our lives was just the thing I needed.

Short but sweet. Philippines, I will be back again soon!
