@spiriteris_ aggiungerei “ci siamo finalmente riuscite‼️”

Come practice with us @nikfuretto and @spiriteris_

🔥 vinyasa
It’s a dynamic practice, where you’ll constantly move your body flowing from a posture to an other following the rhythm of the breath. The prefect way to start your day.

🌱 hatha
It’s a traditional, grounding practice that combines physical postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and moments of stillness. It’s slow-paced, but strong; perfect for building awareness, balance, and strength in both body and mind.

🌙 yin yoga
It’s a slow and meditative practice where postures are held for several minutes to gently stretch deep connective tissues: fascia, joints, ligaments. Perfect for calming the nervous system and to create space: in the body, in the breath and in the mind.

🪷 yang to yin
It’s the perfect balance of effort and ease, leaving you both refreshed and deeply centered.
This class blends the energizing movement of Yang (dynamic flow, strength, activation) with the deep stillness of Yin(long holds, release, introspection).

🌊 sup yoga
Combining balance, breath, and nature, this class invites you to move through gentle yoga postures while floating.
It’s playful, grounding, and refreshing, perfect for improving core strength, presence, and connection with the elements.
No paddle experience needed - just a willingness to flow and maybe get a little wet!

🇲🇦 Imi Ouaddar, Morocco 🇲🇦
I surfed, rode a camel, practiced yoga, sampled the cuisine, learned about the culture and met some really incredible people along the way too.

Everyone wants to score good waves on a surf trip but for me, meeting other surfers, learning about their homes, and hearing their surf stories is just as impactful. This was my first time setting foot in Africa and our fellow surfers hailed from all over Europe - UK, Switzerland, Germany, Italy and Denmark. The Moroccans that hosted us for the week with were the absolute best, I have so much to learn. Different in many ways from traveling to Central America but familiar at the same time. I am super stoked we were able to salvage this trip after SurfATL fell apart, we had an awesome group to travel with. Ready for the next… #morocco #taghazout #imioudar #shukran #yallahyallah
