Back into the swing of things with my first spar since February! I’m over 20kg’s down since my last night, although my fitness is dreadful 😅🤦🏻‍♂️ It’s opened my eyes to a lot of things I need to work on, so a huge thank you to @richcarey65 and @splh101 for the rounds. It was exactly what I needed 🙏🏼💥🥊

Stepping into the boxing dog house yesterday was a humbling experience. 14 rounds in the locker where I learnt a lot about myself 😅 Light work for a man like Lee. Unbelievable boxer.

With my first month nearing an end, my introduction to boxing has been far beyond what I’d imagine and I feel quite fortunate that I have fallen into the right gym with the right people. Big shout out to @splh101 @clive.hamilton.129 and @ringsboxingloughborough for showing me the ropes so far. I appreciate you.

If you are looking to get fit, learn a combat sport or even just clear your head. Get yourself down to Rings. A great sport, in a great gym filled with great people.
