A magical night at Pohogonot for our friends and family

It’s 45 minutes (ok it’s usually 50 with the centering and savasana) of good, serious FUN. My students are loving how we get so much done in such a short time. I’m loving how alive and clear we all feel at the end! It’s been so popular that I’m offering Going With The Flow as a FREE class again for the month of FEBRUARY. Why free?
