🚨 LUCY IS A SENIOR SHE NEEDS OUT OF THE SHELTER🚨

Lucy is a senior cattle Heeler mix who has been sitting at Imperial County Animal Control since July 12.

She should not be spending her senior years inside a kennel, especially during the extreme Imperial Valley summer heat. Shelter life means limited individual attention and limited opportunities to get outside compared with what she would receive in a home.

Lucy deserves comfort. She deserves a cool home, a soft bed, walks, human companionship, and someone to love her during her golden years.

She has already been waiting long enough.

🐶 LUCY
💕 Senior Female
🐾 Queensland Heeler Mix
📅 At Animal Control since 07/12
🚨 **FOSTER, ADOPTER, OR RESCUE NEEDED**

Please help us get Lucy out. If you cannot adopt or foster, SHARE HER. Someone out there has a quiet place in their home for this senior girl. ❤️

Currently living at the Imperial County Animal Control Facility.

If you are so kind to open up your home and help us foster, then please message us with information.

If you would like to sponsor her sterilization or care, please donate to us via Zelle or PayPal at calexicoborderpaws@gmail.com or Venmo @calexicoborderpaws.

These babies were rescued from a CARDBOARD BOX that someone dumped. 😭 No mama in sight. 💔

They’re safe now, and I’m just getting to know these little nuggets!

🚨 RESCUES EVERYWHERE NEED FOSTERS. 🚨

Dogs are sitting in shelters, waiting for someone to give them a chance. Fosters are the bridge between life in a shelter and a life filled with love.

You don’t have to adopt to save a life. ❤️

Reach out to your local rescues. Apply to foster. Open your home. Save a life. 🐾

Be the reason a dog gets a second chance. They need us.

Foster puppies means I’m slower y’all. Please refrain from double emails, I promise I will get back to you when I have the brain capacity but I am a one woman tattooing show 💁🏻‍♀️
Enjoy this serotonin boost in the meantime!
Puppies will be available so soon through @spotsavespets if you are interested in adopting!

Just trust the process (and me)! Things heal lighter so I will amp up the contrast a bit if it’s a lighter dog or create more contrast for a darker one.
