🚨🚨 SENIOR SPOTLIGHT 🚨🚨

We can’t forget about our Senior Managers as well, Ryan Velten and Braden Hickey.

Ryan Velten has been the Girls Volleyball Manager for 2 years as well as 3 years on the Spring-Ford Boys Volleyball team.  In his free time, Ryan likes to go golfing and enjoys playing outdoor volleyball.  His favorite volleyball memory is playing speed ball in the beginning of practice with the girls.  Ryan feels his friend, Jake Balke, has made the biggest impact on his high school career as Jake introduced him to the sport of volleyball.  They have been close ever since.  He will miss doing all the chants as well as all the bus rides with the team. Ryan plans to go to college to pursue a degree in education.  His advice to future managers…”Be loud on the bench and do what George says.”

Braden Hickey has been the Girls Volleyball Manager for 1 year as well as 1 year on the Spring-Ford Boys Volleyball team.  In his spare time, Braden enjoys playing baseball and going bowling with his friends. His favorite memory of being a RAM is joking around with the jv players. He will miss managing with his best friend and all the bus rides home. His parents have had the biggest impact on his high school career.  He says “they always push me to be the best version of myself.”  Braden plans to go to college and study Sports Management in hopes to become a professional MLB umpire. His advice to future RAMS…” Don’t let one bad season/failure affect the love for the game.”

We will miss you, Ryan and Braden.

Go Rams! 🐏 🏐 💛 💙

🚨🚨 SENIOR SPOTLIGHT 🚨🚨

Morgan Pupek is a 3 year Varsity Letter winner as a middle blocker.  In her free time, Morgan enjoys working out and watching tv shows and movies. Her favorite volleyball memory as a RAM is beating PJP for the first time away and then again at home!  Also, winning PACS, Districts and States in junior year.  She will always remember her hangouts with the trainers. She feels the trainers, Kate, Dan and Max, have made the biggest impact on her high school career.  They have been there for her through all injuries.  She feels they are her trainers and therapists. She will miss hanging out with Ava, Anna, Keira, and Cheddar.  She is most proud of coming back and playing after a horrible sprain and battling it physically and mentally, and all the way to winning states!  Morgan will continue her athletic and academic career at Marymount University to play D3 volleyball.  She plans to major in health science on a pre-athletic training track in hopes to become an athletic trainer.   Her advice to future players…”Don’t ever be afraid to be different! Focus on yourself! The reward will be priceless!”

We will miss you, Morgan.

Go Rams! 🐏 🏐 💛 💙
