✨Book Review✨ Sit tight it’s gonna be a rough one

Hey guys, unfortunately this book review is not gonna have any high praises from me. I want to say people have different expectations and aspects of a ROMANCE book they love. If you completely disagree with this review I have done feel free to share your thoughts or skip!

Also this book review is in no way, shape or form hating on the author. I saw the cover and the blurb it intrigued me but the contents didn’t. This is my first time reading from this author and for my personal preference I would not read her style again... unless there is a book of hers with less explicit content 😌

Anyways don’t get this review to be a judgement of your own, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. If you love this book, I wish I was in your place 😭 #darkromancereads #bookrev #enemiestoloversbooks

I could make a dozen parts of this series (and maybe I will, don’t threaten me with a good time!) but as someone who tries to use social media in an additive way rather than as a purely escapist or distracting hole to fall into, there are people in the book space doing amazing things and I want to highlight them!

Creating book content is a lot of labor, and compared to other kinds of content creation it’s also often underpaid, if creators get paid at all beyond the PR gifts that are free books. So I’m extra grateful for creators that dedicate themselves to enlivening the world of litfic, classics, and just generally deep dives into what literature is capable of. 💓💓

Alchemised is such a devastating book, beautifully well-written and one of the most heaviest books I’ve ever read. It discusses most traumatic issues through the character and it is written in a way that doesn’t dramatises it which I love. Would I read this book again, no because of the length but also I would have liked a bit of context before reading this book so that I would have known what I was getting into. Overall a good read and would recommend to anyone to sort of -cleanse- their palette in a way. #ᴀʟᴄʜᴇᴍɪsᴇᴅ #alchemisedsenlinyu

I’m just a girl who loves…

Books, the ocean, old buildings, rugby, nature, travel and the pub 🍻

I was tagged by the lovely @elliesbookjournal to do this so naturally I got straight to making my own version. I’ve tagged a few of you who I’d love to see do this too 🌟
