The way my triceps are on FIRE right now. 😂🔥 Second time on the shield and I’m obsessed! 🥊💥

I’ve been boxing on and off for years, but this is the first time I’ve really been consistent, and it’s starting to pay off. 💪🏾

Maxi @hiithardboxing breaks it all down, teaches the fundamentals, and builds your confidence through skill, not just throwing punches.

Never boxed before? Even better. Beginners are welcome and encouraged! Mention MOOD and your first class is FREE. 🖤

And to my boxers, recovery is just as important as the work you put in. 🔑 Come see us at @moodwellnesslounge and enjoy 10% off your first visit.

$Step into the pocket. When you're this close, every fraction of a second matters—your weight transfer, your head position, and where you place your eyes. This isn’t just throwing leather; it’s an active game of chess under incoming fire. Here is the full breakdown of what’s coming at you: 🥊 THE SEQUENCE: 1 - 2 | Roll | 2 - 3 — Establish distance, duck under the counter left hook, sit heavy into the rear hip, and explode off that back calf with the cross. Roll | 3 - 2 | Pull Back — Roll under the return right hand, rip the lead hook and straight, then compress the rear knee 2 inches to let their check hook breeze past your chin. 2 - 3 | Body Hook | Head Hook — Detonate the pull-counter, drop your hips (not your chest) to sink the shovel hook into the liver, then double up that same lead hand straight around the guard to the temple. Roll | Head Hook | 1 - 1 - 2 — Duck the return, pivot 45° off the lead foot to steal the angle, check the chin, and exit long behind a blinding double jab before planting down on the final right hand. Keep your eyes locked on the gloves, drill the weight transfers, and master the pocket. Save this for your next bag or mitt session. #Boxing #ThePOVofBoxing #BoxingTraining #trending$
