Learning to #rest my body and my mind, along with #CBN and #collagenpeptides has my health on an upswing. Yay me! #boundaries are part of self care. When you have a sleep disorder that has you starting every.single.day.of.your.life an average of three days sleep deprived #warrior you need to go do the things but you also need to rest. Happy matters warriors 💛🖤 even in bits. #narcolepsy #hypersomnia .
