Don’t forget you can be happy through this process.
Don’t forget that old you is proud af rn.
Don’t forget you are loved.

You are not broken.

You may be in a season where the old version of you no longer fits, but the new version of you hasn’t fully revealed itself yet.

That can feel confusing.

It can feel heavy.

It can make you question yourself, your direction, your relationships, your purpose, and sometimes even your faith.

But confusion does not mean you’re broken.

Sometimes you’re simply in transition.

You’re learning how to carry new standards.
You’re releasing old habits.
You’re separating from energy that no longer belongs in your life.
You’re being prepared for blessings, opportunities, relationships, and responsibilities that require a different version of you.

So stop speaking against yourself.

Stop saying something is wrong with you because everything isn’t clear yet.

Move your body.
Take the walk.
Get some sunlight.
Train.
Pray.
Breathe.
Clean your space.
Change your environment.
Move the energy.

Motion is lotion—not just for the body, but sometimes for the mind and spirit too.

You don’t have to have every answer today.

Just keep moving in the direction of the person you know you’re becoming.

You are not broken.

You are becoming.

And somebody needed to hear that today.

If you receive this message, comment AMEN.
