Still thinking about this wonderful morning at IDIA. ❤️

I had the privilege of leading an interactive session on Injury Prevention Among Dancers at IDIA – I Dance Hence I Am, Edition 9.

What made it especially meaningful was seeing students, performers, teachers, and parents all come together for an open conversation about dancer health. We moved, discussed, asked questions, and explored ways to take better care of the body that makes our dancing possible.

A heartfelt thank you to the IDIA team for inviting me and creating space for conversations like these, and to everyone who participated so enthusiastically.

I truly believe that caring for our bodies is an important part of sustaining our practice—not just for the next performance, but for the many years of dancing ahead. ✨

Here are a few moments from the session. 💛

What you see on screen: LOVE.
What happened behind the screen: absolutely no control. 😂
A little glimpse of the madness behind All We Imagine Is… LOVE.
Grateful for a team that worked hard, laughed harder, and somehow still got the film made. ❤️

Sometimes love isn’t threatened by the absence of love, but by everything that surrounds it.

A wrap doesn’t necessarily mean the learning stops.

Even after we wrapped, the enthusiasm to learn, experiment, question, contribute, and simply do the work never did.

From rehearsals and conversations about a character, to setting up the camera, figuring out the light, and making sure everyone on set was fed — every little effort became a part of All We Imagine Is… LOVE.

These are a few BTS moments that remind me that a film is never made by one person.

Grateful to this entire team for the hard work, patience, curiosity and enthusiasm you brought to the film.

The film may have wrapped, but I hope the learning never does..

A marriage is like milk and water… two different things that learn to become one. But when salt finds its way in, the milk curdles. Not because the milk was weak, but because something else changed its nature.

Some relationships aren’t broken by hatred. They’re slowly pulled apart by interference.

A glimpse from All We Imagine Is… LOVE.
