👉Root Cause & Risk Thinking Methodology‼️

Incident investigation ka focus sirf “kya hua?” tak nahi hona chahiye, balki “kyun hua?” aur “dobara na ho, iske liye kya badalna hai?” tak hona chahiye.

🔹 Loss → Incident → Immediate Cause → Underlying Cause → Root Cause
🔹 Real root cause identify karke effective corrective action
🔹 Goal: Prevent recurrence & achieve ZERO HARM

Think Deeper. Work Safer. 🦺

Day 1 in Germany! We started off in Munichs City Center exploring shops and got to see the Glockenspiel in action.

We then headed to Ravensburg and took a walking tour learning all about the city’s extensive history.

We finished off day 1 with a delicious dinner thanks to @sru_assp!

Still feels surreal… but I’m officially a Slippery Rock University graduate! Ive received my Bachelor’s in Safety Management in just 3 years — a journey I couldn’t have made without the endless love, guidance, and encouragement from my amazing professors, friends, and family. You all believed in me on the hard days and celebrated with me on the good ones. I’m forever grateful for every memory, lesson, and moment along the way. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Now, it’s time for the next chapter: I’m so excited to announce I’ll be starting my career with PCL Construction as an HSE Coordinator! New city, new challenges, and new opportunities to grow — I can’t wait to see what’s ahead.

Here’s to chasing dreams, embracing change, and never forgetting where you started. Rock Pride forever!
