Last night, Old Bust Head Brewing Company was awarded a silver medal for our Caramel Macchiato Stout! 🥈 The Virginia Craft Brewer’s Guild @vacraftbeerlovers recognized the Commonwealth’s top craft beers during the Virginia Craft Beer Summit & Gala on Monday, August 10, announcing the winners of the 2026 Virginia Craft Beer Cup™. This year’s competition featured 347 beer entries and brought together 36 judges to evaluate beers spanning a wide range of styles. We’re so excited that Caramel Macchiato could bring home this win! If our coffee stout is one of your favorites, you can now count yourself among the people with the same great taste as the professional judges. 😉 Cheers to our brewers, and to everyone who has made this one of your OBH favorites! ☕🍻 #oldbusthead #vacraftbeer #coffeestout #fauquier #northernva

No sunshine? No problem. ☀️ Our Sky Meadows Blonde Lager just got an upgrade — and it’s ready to go wherever you do. Now available in 12oz 6-packs, Sky Meadows is the perfect companion for tailgates, BBQs, and patio hangs this season. Named after the state park in northwest Fauquier County, this medium-bodied, clean, and crisp Blonde Lager features subtle notes of toasted bread and herbal spice from German hops, balanced by a smooth malty backbone. The addition of flaked maize gives it that pillowy soft mouthfeel that keeps you coming back for another sip. ABV - 4.7 New look. Same great taste. Bring the sunshine with you wherever you go. 🍺 #oldbusthead #fauquier #vacraftbeer #northernva #eatheredrinkherefauquier

New Work: After over a year of collaboration and long discussions of family history centered around a deep passion for winemaking, we are thrilled to share the new @linganorewinecellars brand identity. The winery is Maryland’s oldest family-owned farm winery, with three generations of winemakers and one of the state’s most extensive wine collections. They believe in “wine for all” and work hard to make wine an inclusive experience. This simple statement quickly became the Brand Stance that guided all of our conversations related to the brand. Working closely with the Linganore team, we developed a solid brand strategy and began to consider how the brand’s visuals could evolve. Taking inspiration from vintage script emblems found on generations of farm machinery, we created our own contemporary version to serve as the primary logotype. Paired with an ultra-flexible industrial typeface family, this identity suite emerged as a reliable workhorse, seamlessly meeting every need we could throw at it, including labels, packaging, POS, and in-house use. This was an incredible project marked by great conversations and difficult decisions, as all great projects are. We are thrilled that Linganore chose us as their partner on this journey. We love working with great brands and even better people. Cheers, everyone!

You already know there's already a lot to look forward to with the Spring Market 5/13 but we thought we'd sweeten 🥧🍻 the deal with a new can release. Key Lime Pie Sour Ale will be available in 4-pack 16oz cans starting 5/13 for the Spring Market! We think you'll enjoy every last sip of our Gose infused with all the flavors of key lime pie. We kettle-soured Key Lime Pie Sour with lactobacillus from Greek yogurt. Post-fermentation, we blended in key lime, plus vanilla and graham cracker extract. The result is a tart, zesty treat filled with the aromas of key lime and vanilla with hints of graham cracker throughout and a dash of salt. ABV - 4.4

I felt a thousand butterflies in my stomach when I got this very special bottle of bourbon last night. A great collab between Jim Rutledge, a 50+ year whiskey veteran and the former Master Distiller of Four Roses Bourbon, and Devon McKinney, one of the head designers at Nike, who created a unique bottle with the butterfly logo. One of a kind gift for any bourbon lover. @bluerunspirits #bourbon #bourbongram #bourbonlover #bourbonfinds #kentuckybourbon #bourbonhunting #bourbonwhiskey #bourbonlife #bottledesign

IPA’s, gosh I love ‘em! Did some dreamy surf illustration work for Tribe Design and Branding in Maryland. @ssirbaugh designed the label as well as that awesome Monocacy logo that pays homage to Frederick’s aqueducts. #monocacybrewing #frederickmd #beerlabel #illustration
