Stop choosing what’s easy. Start becoming who you promised yourself you’d be.

Stay hungry. Stay uncomfortable. 💪🏽

WHOS NEXT?
You don’t discover what you’re capable of by staying comfortable.

You find out when your body is screaming STOP
and you keep going!

October 1st.
Did you make a change?

While everyone else is waiting for motivation, we’re outside before the sun is up.

No perfect conditions.
No perfect timing.
Just discipline.

Don’t spend another month talking about who you’re going to become.

Get up. Get uncomfortable. Become him.

We killed comfort once.
Now we’re coming for everything that’s holding us back.

We still have days where we get comfortable. We still slip. But we’ve learned not to let one bad day turn into two.

We’ve come a long way, but we’re not satisfied with simply getting back to where we were.

Maintaining what we’ve built is important but we don’t want to stay at the same level.

We want to keep pushing. Keep growing. Keep testing our limits.

Because the goal was never just to fix ourselves.

It was to become better than who we were before.

This isn’t the finish line.
This is where the real work begins.

We’re chasing the next level.
COMFORTKILLS.

Knowing you need to change is one thing. Actually making that change is another.

We’re still fighting old habits, still pushing ourselves, still having days where comfort feels easier.

But that’s the point.

Choosing discipline when it’s easier not to. Choosing growth when staying the same feels comfortable.

We’re not saying we’ve figured it all out. We’re just trying to keep moving forward and bring you along with us.

That’s COMFORTKILLS.

Get comfortable being uncomfortable.

WHY DO WE FALL OFF?

Greed. Lust. Gluttony.

Three things that can slowly pull us away from discipline and towards comfort.

Greed - never feeling like what you have is enough.
Lust - chasing temporary pleasure over long-term purpose.
Gluttony - overindulging until comfort becomes the norm.

We know what falling off feels like. We’ve both been there. Made excuses, got comfortable and lost sight of who we wanted to become.

That’s what COMFORTKILLS is about.

Recognising what keeps you comfortable, breaking those habits and refusing to stay stuck.

Kill comfort. Choose discipline. Keep moving.

This is our journey and if you’ve fallen off too, get back to work.
