POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This circle reminded me that even when we think we are holding space for others, we are always being invited to look within ourselves too.
I left humbled, grateful, and quietly integrating everything that unfolded.
Thank you to every soul who showed up with courage, openness, and trust.
For the moments of release.
For the moments of silence.
For the laughter, the tears, and everything in between.
And for the reminder that surrender is not giving up.
It is learning to trust the unfolding.

Aho!

A Day of Surrender, Presence & Being, Our Fourth Lionheart Circle at Pawna was a deeply moving and humbling experience.
Some days leave you with so much to process that words simply fall away.
By the end of the day, there was almost nothing left to say. We were all just… quiet.
The intensity of the day, the releases, the emotions, and everything that moved through the space had left us physically tired, yet somehow calm, grounded, and centered within.
And somewhere in the midst of holding space for everyone else, I realized that the journey was working on me too.

It showed me the parts of myself that still needed to be seen.

Where ego still creeps in.
Where I still want to control.
Where I am still holding on.
And once again, the invitation was simple:

Rest. Surrender. Be present.

So I did.

Perhaps the deepest reminder of the day was that life is already playing its own beautiful music. We do not always need to conduct the orchestra. We do not need to know what comes next or try to control every note.
Sometimes, all we are being asked to do is be present and enjoy the music.

Feeling truly grateful to receive such beautiful words. 🤍
Every experience, every connection, and every journey reminds us why we do what we do. ✨
Aho!

Doing this new thing called throwing my phone away and trying to take a break from work and spending time with my fav people.

Naturally, this is now my new style of drawing. It’s called ‘I miss drawing but I hate drawing and drawing hurts but I love being emo’

Good luck to me!

Our third lionheart circle ⭕️ 😍

There are some days that change you.

Yesterday was one of them.

To witness people meet themselves with such honesty… to watch fear soften into courage, tears into peace, heaviness into light… is a privilege I will never take for granted.

Every sharing in our closing circle reminded me that beneath our stories, titles and masks, we are all longing for the same thing… to be seen , to be loved and come home to ourselves.

Yesterday reminded me why Lionheart was born.

My heart is full.
My soul is quiet.
And my faith in this path has never felt stronger.

Thank you to every beautiful soul who trusted the path , trusted the process, and most importantly, trusted themselves.

Aho. 🦁🤍

Season 1, Episode 1: The Pilot

Last Saturday felt like the beginning of something we’ve been dreaming about for a while now.
The first seating of The Weekend Table wasn’t about menus or plating.. it was about people. About strangers leaning in, about conversations that stretched longer than the courses, about the joy of seeing a room fill with warmth and laughter.🥰

We built this table hoping it would feel like home for anyone who sat at it. And last weekend, it did. Not because of the food alone, but because of the banter, the curiosity, and the stories that carried across plates.

You guys were THE FRIGGIN BEST and we couldn’t have hopes for a better start to The Weekend Table! (I hope our bowling plans are materialise soon!) 😍❤️ @ssubberman @mohitbumb_psyops @eshatulsiani @viralganger @anjall.jenner @brownkemosabe @bhuvsterp @tanmaythakkar @thebosslady_18 @arvind

What started in 2022 as ‘just a workshop’ at Spring became a mirror, a home and a family. Our SAPS self awareness journey continues long after this last getaway… grateful for the journey we’ve had every Sunday for the last 3 years! 🖤

If I wasn’t so awkward, I would hug all of them and also all my favourite desserts and go back to all these moments and stay in them for a little longer ❤️
