As if the intervals weren’t enough… @stacelily said CORE. 😭

Ma’am, we are already in a heated room. My entire body is sweating. My arms are tired. My soul is tired. And now you want my ABS?! 😂🔥

But this is exactly why I keep showing up, my core needs the work, and apparently Hot Yoga Fierce plans on making sure I get it. 😮‍💨💪🏾

Today’s hot yoga class with @stacelily humbled the HELL out of me. 😭🥵

I couldn’t keep up with the vinyasa.
I stumbled.
I fell.
I took breaks.
I watched everybody else flow while I was fighting for my damn life. 😂

But you know what I didn’t do?

QUIT.

Not every workout is going to feel strong. Not every day is going to look like progress. Sometimes the win is simply staying on the mat when your body and your ego are both telling you to tap out.

Today wasn’t a fail after all. 🧘🏾‍♀️❤️‍🔥

Fun fact: I got my masters in Yoga Therapy two years ago and every year we have the opportunity to go to this conference. It is a way to see what others are doing in the field and learn new things. For me it’s a way to see friends and colleagues! To reconnect which is my favorite thing to do! #yogatherapy #breathe #sytar #confidence

✨ A little confidence. A little femininity. And a whole lot of HEELS. 👠🤎

The Collective is growing again, and this time we're bringing a different kind of movement to the floor.

Please help us welcome Bria Nance to Spin Therapy Studio: The Collective!

Bria is a graduate of Marymount Manhattan College with a degree in Teaching Dance and an aspiring professional dancer. After taking her first heels class in 2021, she fell in love with the style and the confidence and femininity she discovered through it.

Now she's bringing that experience to The Collective with her Open Level Heels Class, an experience designed for everyone from first timers stepping into heels to experienced dancers looking to continue developing their craft.

Bria's class is about so much more than choreography. Participants will work on technique, musicality, and fluid movement while having the freedom to reconnect with their confidence, embrace their femininity, and move without judgment.

And perfection? That's not the assignment.

Bria wants every person who walks into her class to have FUN, feel powerful, and leave more confident than when they arrived. 👠✨

And she's kicking things off with a FREE taste of what's to come!

🔥 FREE Open Level Heels Pop Up
📅 August 31
⏰ 8:00 PM
📍 Spin Therapy Studio: The Collective

Following the pop up, Bria will be offering:

🏆 We are incredibly honored to be recognized as the #1 Fitness Center in Capitol Heights.
This recognition represents so much more than a ranking. It reflects the community we've built, the lives we've touched, and the commitment to creating a space where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and empowered.
To our amazing Collective of instructors, trainers, wellness professionals, and collaborators...thank you for showing up with passion, excellence, and heart. You each play an important role in making this vision come to life.
To every rider, every client, every first-timer, every returning face, every Google review, every referral, and every word of encouragement...thank you. You chose us, believed in us, and helped make this possible.
This award may have our name on it, but it belongs to every person who has been part of this journey.
Here's to continuing to grow, inspire, and move our community forward...together. 🖤

With gratitude,
Candace Niché

Yoga early am w/Stacey. This was a great session it was so therapeutic. We never know what a total body reset can do. Take care of you, keep your peace, and pray. Had to keep reminding myself to keep breathing through each motion, stabilize my body and keep myself grounded. #HappySaturday #GreatVibes #yoga #selfcare #Release
