Big things happening in our community 💪🔥

A huge congratulations to all of our athletes featured in this post for earning their spot in the CrossFit Quarterfinals — a true testament to your grit, discipline, and relentless work ethic.

This is where the competition gets real… and we couldn’t be more proud of the effort it took to get here.

🚨 Quarterfinal workouts will be OPEN to the public! We will release workout times later this week.
Come cheer, bring the energy, and help push these athletes to the next level. Your support makes a difference.

Let’s show up loud and proud for our team 👏

Three generations taking on the Open together… now that’s something special.

Grandma is currently sitting 35th in the world in her age division, and we couldn’t be more proud. But what makes this family truly incredible isn’t just the leaderboard — it’s the way they support each other, show up consistently, and set an example for everyone around them.

They represent exactly what this community is about, and we’re lucky to have them. ❤️ #crossfit #crossfitaffiliatesmidwest #bestgymintown #hastingsnebraska

🏃‍♀️ Market to Market 2025 🏃‍♂️

Another year, another 75.1 miles of fun!
The Ground Up crew showed up strong once again — running, cheering, laughing, and proving that fitness goes far beyond the gym walls. 💪

Year after year, Market to Market continues to remind us what this community is all about: teamwork, grit, and unforgettable memories with even better people.

We may be tired… but we’re already counting down to next year. 😎

✨ What a Weekend for the Ground Up Family! ✨

This past weekend was full of inspiration:

🏃‍♀️ One of our own took part in an incredible challenge—a 100 MILE RUN. That’s right, one hundred miles! The grit and determination were absolutely amazing.

🎒 A group of our athletes went to St. Louis and took on a 12-mile overnight ruck. Starting at 9 PM and going strong through the night with 20–30 lb rucks, they stayed on the move for 10–12 hours. What an incredible accomplishment!

✈️ On Saturday morning, our team joined the United Way Plane Pull (not once but twice!) at the airport. It was a fun and powerful way to come together for a great cause, and we were so proud to support the community. It was also fun to take first place:)

We are beyond proud of every single member of this family. 💪🔥 Ground Up showed up in a big way!

As the month of May comes to a close, here's a little look back to the @runlincoln Half Marathon and Marathon on May 7th. We had many of our runners battle a warm, humid morning. This is one of our staple races each and every year, and we appreciate the hard work and support that goes on behind the scenes to make this event happen. Here's to more summer miles and races!
