Speaking at camp with lively campers, entertaining camp leaders, daily doses of sunshine along with a massive wave of God’s power and love! 💛 I’m headed home with wild hope for the next generation and slightly larger biceps thanks to Nurse Kimmy Chartier and her daily Faith Fit! 💪

These are some guiding questions that might be helpful as you dive into the second half of the year.

What season of life are you in?
What do you sense the Holy Spirit saying to you about the opportunities ahead of you?
What possible changes do you anticipate in the next 6 months?
What are you currently doing you could let go of?
What do you know you are supposed to be doing right now?
What is your priority in this season?
What and who do you need to pause and thank God for?
Who will you treasure?

I pray that as you spend time reflecting with these questions, God will re-align you with his heart and his plans as you venture into the second half of the year!

I’ve been embracing the “slow run”.

Although it feels less impressive, it’s so much easier on my body and allows me to build endurance and recover more quickly.

There is great wisdom in pacing and playing the long game.

This doesn’t come naturally to me, but this is God’s good design in nature, community life, our physical bodies and in our spiritual lives too.

Here is to the slow run 🏃‍♀️

This weekend I was speaking at the Pursue Convention in Ottawa. I encountered students with great faith and hearts ready to encounter the God of the universe, personally.

One girl asked me to pray for her because she felt called to politics. She said “I know God wants to use me in politics to help lead our country, but I have a hard time talking to people and I’m scared.”

She is just one of many God is raising to lead our Nation in his ways.

I walked past the Parliament Buildings and learned there are over 20 Scripture passages written on the sides of the buildings.

Would you pray with me for the youth of Canada to have the word of God etched on their hearts as it is on the sides of our Parliament Buildings? God keep our land, from generation to generation.
