🌕✨ Full Moon Yoga is almost here! ✨🌕

I’m so excited to meet you on the beach under the moonlight. This time, we’ll be gathering on the south end — so when you arrive, head all the way to your right. Look for our familiar yoga mats and glowing vibes!

Even more magic this month… I’m thrilled to welcome two amazing collaborators:

🌸 Megan will be offering gentle Reiki energy healing during Savasana for anyone open to receive.
🎶 Olivia will guide us through a soulful sound bath to deepen our connection and release under the full moon.

Bring your mat, water, and an open heart. Let’s flow together, recharge, and soak in the healing energy of the full moon 🌊💫

Come To Life Yoga is celebrating 10 years 🙌 When the sun shines, we'll shine together and Come To Life Yoga will always be your umbrella! Through hurricanes and a pandemic we will stick it out till the end. Thank you to all that have trusted me to guide you in your wellness journey for a day, a month, or a season and who have referred family and friends! Thank you to the teachers that have supported Come To Life Yoga and call it their yoga home. When I opened the doors of Come To Life Yoga in April, 2014 my goal was to help people find holistic ways to heal physically and mentally as well as stay fit and healthy with age. I have always supported community, diversity and provide a safe haven where everyone can COME TO LIFE together! I love you all and thank you for being part of the last 10 years with me! Together we mend and you can always stand under my umbrella! Enjoy a special $10 All Levels Yoga class for our 10th Anniversary on April,30th at 9 AM or May 4th at 9 AM in our nature sanctuary. Enjoy my homemade vegan ice coffee, juice and treats after class. See you on the mat soon at Come To Life Yoga. Namaste ❤️✌️#cometolifeyoga #yogacommunity #yogastudio #yogajourney #swflstrong #tenyears #milestone #undermyumbrella #community

Hey there! I wanted to get in touch on behalf of @gnarcystore . We've got some totally cool jewelry lined up, and I reckon you'd be the ideal candidate to rock our latest collection of tough accessories!

If you dig it, we'd love to hook you up with a trio of pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – absolutely FREE!

Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcystore (if you dont see a DM button, just reply to any of their stories), and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙

Throughout the week, we focused on self care, self love, and students got to explore many different wellness activities for the mind, body and spirit. You can never tear us apart now!
