Take it from this 35 year old born in 1984: time travel is possible.

Nine flights in the last seven days was aggressive, even for me… but I’m happy to have pulled it off with minor hiccups along with a few wins from the trip that I can share later.

In order to be reunited with @cfinnsta & Miles today instead of tomorrow, I was able to same-day confirm to the earlier departure from Seattle.

Instead of the 4-hour D1 Lounge layover I had planned (think of the content opportunities) and the pre-ordered Shake Shack burger, which I have still not yet had onboard, I get to get home sooner. Swapping to this flight meant I had just enough time to retrieve the checked luggage, exit / enter, re-check-in at the ticket counter, grab some chia pudding at the old Sky Club before brushing my teeth, and put in my next and last invisalign set before boarding.

“Final boarding call for Delta 429 — all rows all zones!” I think it will be worth it to see my boys.

Sonicare & Oura might be both out of battery, but not me. Despite being in transit for 23 hours already today (yes, same calendar day), feeling rested and recharged for the Redeem Team / StatusDan project.

I am very privileged to get be here at the same time as you and for the ability to take risks, embrace change, learn from every experience, and strive to be a better version of myself on the daily.

I am super thankful for the support of friends and family as I do something I should have done twenty years ago. What I lacked then in confidence and experience I now need to make up for with expertise, curiosity, and some delusion. So here I am: taking off, looking forward, on the way up, building things that should exist but don’t and otherwise wouldn’t. Can’t wait to share them with you.

Time travel is possible but it only really works in one direction. If you go back in time, it’s borrowed time that will catch up with you. Whether you’re having fun or not, time will fly by… so it’s better to enjoy it.

See you and hug you sometime in the near future. Especially you @frequentsmilermiles

Last Friday night in Paris, we witnessed a triumphant return to the stage. @brendabash’s first time in Paris (!) and first time seeing Céline Dion live, as we celebrated Mom’s upcoming birthday.

It was one of those once-in-a-lifetime nights… lots of “louvre,”tears, and air guitars. I got about 50% of the encore song lyrics down (last slide as we left before the masses).

Not that you can tell from this round-up, but I was actually off my phone/ IRL for most of the show. Some people video-d the entire time. I got a few snaps and vids that I thought would be worth sharing here.

If you’re going, I have tips about the bathroom situation and champagne vending set up…

Happy girl enjoying Aristocracy Hours at @costco

The recent-ish policy change to early bird hours for executive members is a top-tier perk.

Right @statusdan ?

Idk which I prefer 1D or 10L Both are super spacious !!! Here is a big tip for those of us with Delta status . The service, food and comfort on @airfrance beat Delta one. The lounges aren’t quite as swanky as D1 but they are still very nice! This flight cost 1:3 of the price as it would have on delta and I used Amex miles so it basically free. The best part is my Delta status gives me access to the bulk head seats which have tons more legroom and I can bring a guest in the lounge . Delta only allows 360 to bring a guest in the D1 lounge. #businessclass #traveltips #deltamedallionlife #travel #instagood @statusdan do you agree?
