Wellness day at @statwellness

Wellness is so much more than just working out, and I love that STAT Wellness takes a more personalized approach to your overall health.

I spent the day exploring a few of their services, starting with an Inbody Test, VO2 max testing followed by an IV vitamin treatment and ending the day with a group fitness class.

What makes STAT Wellness different is their focus on functional medicine, which looks beyond just treating symptoms to better understand the factors that may be contributing to your health concerns.

They offer a variety of services, including:
✨ Functional Medicine
✨ VO2 Max Testing
✨ IV Vitamin Therapy
✨ Body Composition Scans
✨ Nutrition Counseling & Health Coaching
✨ Physical Therapy
✨ Personal Training & Group Fitness

Want to try it for yourself? 👀 I’ve got a little something for you! Enjoy 50% off a VO2 Max test, IV treatment, or injection when you book through the link in my bio. 🫶🏾

Did I just find my new wellness BFF? Because I think I did! 👀⁣
⁣
One thing about being in my thirties is that I’m becoming much more intentional about my health. Not just how I look or feel on the outside, but understanding what’s actually happening inside my body.⁣
⁣
I recently visited STAT Wellness Charleston for my initial patient consultation with Athena, and when I tell you she got ALL in my business…in the absolute best way! 😂⁣
⁣
We talked through my health history, lifestyle, and concerns, and honestly, it felt like catching up with a homegirl who genuinely wanted to understand the full picture.⁣
⁣
I also completed an InBody scan, which provided a closer look at my body composition, including muscle mass and body fat.⁣
⁣
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁? The personalized approach. No one-size-fits-all conversations. Just intentional care focused on understanding my individual needs.⁣
⁣
𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘂𝗽 is blood testing based on what we discussed during my visit, and I’m looking forward to learning more about my health.⁣
⁣
✨ 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀? They offer FREE 15-minute discovery calls so you can learn more about their services before scheduling an appointment.⁣

Nobody talks about how brave it is to finally put yourself on the calendar.

Today is the launch of @jessaconnolly new book, You Can’t Be Brave Until You’re Scared, and I keep coming back to that idea, because I see it in my office every week.

The women who sit across from me aren’t fearless. Most of them almost canceled. Many have waited years, pushing their own symptoms to the bottom of the list while they took care of everyone else. Some have been told so many times that they’re “fine” that they started to believe “just okay” was the best they could expect.

Making that appointment means admitting something isn’t right. It means asking questions you might not want the answers to. It means choosing yourself when you’ve had a lot of practice doing the opposite.

That is brave. Not because it’s easy, but because it’s scary and you do it anyway.

If you’re ready, book a free 15-minute consult 🔗 link in bio.

If you’re not quite there yet, start with Jess’s book. Sometimes the bravest first step is just letting yourself believe you’re allowed to take one.

Nashville, we got a good one!✨🤍

Meet @statwellness , the nation’s first functional medicine + movement practice, now in Nashville!

I had the chance to visit STAT Wellness and experience two of their services, and I’m so excited to share this with you! 🫶🏼

🏃🏻‍♀️ VO₂ Max Testing: BRB finding out how old my lungs think I am 😂

This test measures maximal oxygen consumption to evaluate aerobic fitness and cardiovascular endurance. Using a small wearable VO₂ analyzer, you exercise on a treadmill at maximum effort while the device measures how efficiently your body uses oxygen.
I love being able to learn more about my body, understand my baseline, and find ways to improve my performance and support my long-term wellness goals! 💪🏼

💧 Replenish IV: Your multivitamin in a bag! ✨

This infusion includes magnesium, calcium, methylcobalamin (B12), vitamin B6, a B complex, and additional vitamins to support your wellness routine. It was a great opportunity to focus on hydration and give myself a little wellness reset! 🤍

What I love about STAT Wellness is that they bring medicine, strength training, nutrition, recovery, and performance together in one place, making wellness feel more personalized. ✨

📍 Nashville, if you’re ready to take a more intentional approach to your health and wellness, definitely check them out!

🎁 SPECIAL OFFER: Use my referral link to get 50% OFF a VO₂ Max test, an IV, OR an injection! 🙌🏼

This week, we joined @palmberriescharlotte + @statwellness for Berries & Barbells and had the BEST time! We got to tour STAT’s beautiful space, get a workout in, and of course refuel with Palm Berries afterward ⚡️

The energy was so good from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Coach @angelteanna and the entire team for making us feel so welcomed and giving us such an amazing experience! 🤎🫶🏽
