I can't believe this is all a memory already. These moments and 1000's of others are the pages bookended by feelings of friendship, support and love for all my rally/roadtrip family. You guys are all special to me and it means the world to walk into a room across the damn country, and be greeted with a smile, high five, hug or "What's up dude!"

@overcrestproductions is the campfire we all gather round and let the spoils of our hard work, sacrifice and enthusiam reign over the noise that the rest of the world can let into our lives. It's a tradition, a life changing experience, and a privilage to be a part of.

From dodging a small tornado by less than a mile, to drifting the Mustang across the hills of the Mississippi river valley, and being with so many friends new and old, it was a weekend I will be telling tales of until my last breath.

Thank you guys for the good times, I'll see you on the road!!

THE ROAD TO OVERCREST PART 1

The BMW swapped mustang is ready and I hit the road across the USA with it! With @nokiantyresna on all four corners I knew the car would be able to handle any surface or weather I'd encounter.

Starting with a 2.5 hour border wait and inspection the journey was not off to a rapid start. Some of the changes to the car made a really great difference in driveability but it began to develop some un-welcome noises.

After a roadside fix and a rest stop nap I got back on the highway and met up with my friend @stavn in Spokane. We motored a casual 4.5 hours to our friend Billy's place in Montana and got a good night sleep.

The next day started amazing, beautiful views and twisting roads with a group of great cars and awesome people. Quickly things deteriorated as the Mustangs differential was sounding like bolts in a dryer. I had to break off the group and cross the prairies in search of a solution.

THE ROADTRIP IS UNDERWAY!

The Mustang is pretty happy cruising along around 65-70mph at about 3500rpm. Some noises on decel and slow speed but still tracking everything down. The car has good road manners and is super light on it's feet even with cargo.

Only manged to make Lake Moses Washington the first night after over 2 hours being held at the border. Made it to @stavn place in Spokane. Was treated to some damn good coffee and breakfast then we hit the road to Montana to meet up with more rally family.

I cannot believe Im in this car after two years of working, it still blows my mind. Lots of ground to cover and lots of things to mentally unpack.

Our showroom in manhattan Montana used to be a theater and a boxing ring back in 1910. It was converted to a creamery, community center, and eventually a restaurant before we demo’d the interior and turned it back into the ultimate clubhouse for you to kick off your adventure with your new setup 🇺🇸
