Thankful that I can still do what I love regardless of the season.

It's been testing times, but the best and sometimes the only way to get through it is to simply go through it. That's it. No magic nor special processes.

The rotations in life sometimes swing your way and other times, away. The key is to keep that bad boy rotating as if you stop - The shot/ moment/ opportunity/ and breath is gone. And depending upon what you're spinning, its gone for good.

Stay focused, driven, hungry, busy as well as humbled as everything is subject to change.

Words cannot express my gratitude to each of you for embracing my vision and persevering through our grueling schedule, challenging locations, and every weather condition imaginable—rain, wind, snow, and scorching sun—all while maintaining uplifting spirits and good vibes. March 2025 Steadicourse

The first course of the year was a belter. We had the blessing to start our run of courses for the year off with an amazing OS Tier 1 Steadicourse.

Hosted and marvellously instructed by the amazing @steadihustle keeping it calm, methodical and expertly detailed. Assisted by the very talented @camera_chai!
As always we extended a huge thanks to both for their care, love and attention that they showed towards our curriculum and space.

@rich__jakes and @louisemurphy___ where amazing, their progression and commitment to the craft was wonderful to see. It was a pleasure to host them and we expect to see a lot more of them as they are already making use of our post course bookable independent practice sessions!

This time last year I elevated to the 4th floor and brought in the big FOUR ZERO surrounded by some truly special humans.

There’s something really beautiful about getting older, you get closer to YOU. And when you get closer to YOU, sometimes you drift away from the ones you were once close to. And sometimes the ones you were once close to just need to get ✂️ off. Transformation will do that. When you spend enough time doing the work, figuring out your toxic cycles, taking accountability for your sh*t and healing your inner child, protecting your peace becomes paramount and the boundaries get real SERIOUS.

And when I say I have TRANSFORMED… guuuuuurl she’s unrecognisable 💅🏾💅🏾💅🏾

2024 was a year of CLEARING. Clearing negative self-talk, self-doubt and the fear of being seen. Clearing out people pleasing, one-sided relationships and energy vampires. Clearing out toxic work environments, burnout and struggling with self-worth. Clearing out other people’s projections, perceptions and opinions of me cos frankly I no longer GIVE A FU*K.

I know who I am and I am THAT B*TCH. I’m so proud of how far I’ve come cos I do not look like the scars I bare, and I LOVE myself even at my worst 🖤

I DEFINE I, and 2025 is the year of the 🐐 so prepare to be SICK’A’ME xoxo #birthday #baddie
