Country Gazette is out and shipping now! This release was years in the making - feels surreal to have it finally out there!

When I heard the album over a decade ago, it not only changed my approach to the music I make but also the sounds I wanted to put out in the world - playful, warped, a little chilling, a little cozy, completely beyond categorization. I feel like it’s the perfect fit for Cudighi and I can’t wait for you to hear it in hi-def :)

So many people to thank, including @inaba_ipm, @uno_mondo, @joyding, @tffnnyy, @anniemoosepoop, @marcelthechamp, @gottagrooverecs, and tons more !

pluto bell is a Los Angeles-based composer drawn to intuition, curiosity and the personal. The combination of these things filtered through their compositional process often results in work that is spacious and textural.

Matt Sargent (b. 1984) is a composer, guitarist, recording engineer, and music technologist based in upstate New York, where he is a visiting assistant professor of music at Bard College. His music grows from interests of resonance, acoustic phenomenon, tuning, memory, computational models of musical thinking, and the making/breaking of long-form patterns.

Sara Sithi-Amnuai is a multi-instrumentalist (on trumpet, flugelhorn, sheng, and some handcrafted electronic instruments) born in Sydney, Australia and based in Los Angeles, California. Her interest in the connection between culture and gesture has led her to build various types of gesture-based musical interfaces - one of those is Nami, a custom built glove interface designed for live musical performance inspired by Nikkei community research. She has presented her work about Nami at the International Conference on New Interfaces for Musical Expression, received the 2021 Nikkei Music Reclamation Fellowship with Sustainable Little Tokyo, 2019 ASCAP Foundation Herb Alpert Young Jazz Composer Award, has performed with the Pan Afrikan People's Arkestra, and is a part of the experimental electroacoustic duo claymaker.

Beat Beat is an improvised music duo and it's Ross Chait on drums and Kern Haug also on drums. We love free jazz, deep listening, and physical stamina...and we love to play!
