Sharing this late because still adventuring in Greece but I am SO thrilled that folks will soon get to experience this gorgeously + meticulously live-captured film of Hadestown! Made by @steammotion with our original 5 principal Broadway actors (who reunited in London w our glorious West End company) / edited with mad love and rigor by STEAM director Brett Sullivan w/ our @rachel.chavkin / mixed by STEAM’s Lee McCutcheon w/ our @todd_sickafoose . I’m grateful to our producers for making this film happen, grateful that these performances will be immortalized + that Rachel’s visionary production will be accessible to folks who can’t get to a theater to see it. Much love xoa

✨ A massive thank you to Ben and the amazing team @steammotion ✨
Ben first met us last year while we were handing out food in the community. After seeing what we do, he offered to volunteer helping with food pick-ups and distribution. 💪
But he didn’t stop there. With his incredible skill and passion for film, Ben shared the idea of capturing our community work on video. He brought it to his amazing team @steammotion and they created powerful testimonial and awareness videos. 🎥💛
This is what love and community truly look like.
Ben always uplifted and encouraged our young people at every opportunity, reminding them of their worth and potential. His kindness, humility, and generosity leave us speechless and in awe.
We call him an angel… though he humbly disagrees. 😇
