Those are the words @steff.y_ told me last night which was a reminder that not only do I have the best support network with my wife but also that if i’m not 100% with myself, how can I be 100% for those around me?

Being a husband and now a father too, as much as it’s about looking after them, I need to make sure i’m looked after and it’s as equally as important.

What do I do to make sure that happens?

✅ Get my ass in the gym no matter how I feel.
✅ Eat good foods to feel good.
✅ Get 7-8 hours sleep a night (skewed a little due to prep 😅)
✅ Plan out my days & weeks so the structure stays solid.

Can’t be the best if you continue to put yourself second all the time.

Happy Birthday to @the_pipis_

Today is officially Peppa’s Birthday turning 4 and Suj’s birthday was 8th of August turning 5 but due to our baby boy being born on the 8th, we didn’t really get to celebrate his birthday properly.

It’s a tradition every year we get them a cheeseburger each and nuggets ‘cause why not and before anyone mentions to give em a steak, they get wagyu steak every Saturday night without question.

If you have dogs you understand that they’re the best creatures known to mankind, better than most if not all humans.

Here’s to another 10+ years with you two 💙

Life lately.

The past week has heen super special.

Time spent with family.

Time spent seeing the future of OUR family.

Sometimes I get so caught up in life inside the gym that I realise that life outside the gym is what it’s all about and the gym is a by product of the joys of life itself.

Don’t wait for life to give you opportunity to enjoy it, create the opportunities to enjoy life.

2025.
Was selfishly my year and everything I aimed for, I got.
The lowest of lows that no one ever knew about but that’s part of what made the year what it was. Lessons turned into blessings and the biggest lesson of this year was patience.
Travelled far and wide with the love of my life.
Started my own business (only took me 3 years).
Did my first bodybuilding season.
Won my pro card.
Went on to win my pro championship.
Then battled it out with the best of the best and came 3rd in the world.
Met some amazing people along the way.
Furthered strengthened current relationships, the ones that I know I will carry to the end of time.
Thank you to everyone who was there for the ride.
Your presence did more for me than it did for you.
Battles were lost. Battles were won.
Ended up exactly where gods plan needed me to be.
2026, I already know you’re going to be the best year yet so bring it on.
