🟪 EVERYONE’S REASON IS DIFFERENT 🟪 This video is a little longer than usual but it holds a very important message… we often assume people begin their journey of lifting weights in order to lose weight/ change their body to make it leaner, however the opposite is often overlooked in the fitness industry. I have known Charlotte for nearly 30 years and when she reached out to me in her recovery from anorexia I knew I could help her change her relationship with food and exercise for the better. Seeing this girl go quite literally from strength to strength has been a truly amazing experience for me and I am so proud of her and everything she has achieved. It hasn’t been easy but it has DEFINITELY been worth all the hard work. Anorexia and body dysmorphia are more common than we realise and it’s so important to provide a safe, welcoming environment to train. We created TLC for precisely this reason to provide a space people can join a community of people all training for enjoyment. A gym that gives you that little bit more… Thank you so much Charlotte for sharing your story and I hope this video shows that a gym is often not just a gym but something that can truly change a life 🫶🏼
