It’s back....! @asanctuaire and I warmly invite you to join us for a cosy online gathering with heart-led meditation, mystical live music and guided art activity: a resting space to nurture the spirit 🕊️🌜

In these times of great turmoil, cultivating inner peace through creativity, community, connection and mindfulness practice, is a radical act of self care.

We’re delighted to welcome once again soul folk singer-songwriter Tommy Jonson @tommyjonsonmusic who will be offering live medicine music. 🎼

Both Aphra and Tommy will be co-facilitating the spring @symbiosisretreats with us in Ibiza, so this is also a wonderful chance to get to know the team!

𝒲𝒽𝒶𝓉 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝓌𝒾𝓁𝓁 𝓃𝑒𝑒𝒹:
• The Zoom application + good internet connection.
• A room or space where you are undisturbed.
• Quality paper and an art medium of your choice (e.g. pastels, colouring pencils, watercolour paint) – no experience needed.
• Earphones for a more immersive experience.

This sweet event is an exchange of €11 – please contact us if this is beyond your reach, everyone is welcome. To join, follow the link in our bios (including more info; feel free to ask us anything in the comments).

𝐻𝑜𝓁𝒾𝒹𝒶𝓎 𝓇𝒶𝒻𝒻𝓁𝑒
You can share this post on your Instagram stories for a chance to win a free ticket! A refund will be given to your purchased ticket. The winner will be randomly selected on the 29th!

Please come as you are. It would be an honour to share the space with you. 🤍✨

Have always had an affinity with the moon and the night. The energy feels more magical, mysterious and soft. The sun is our life force but can also burn and exhaust us. We can stare at the moon endlessly however, allowing us to reflect and let go. 💜🌙
Start noticing the moon and its rhythms and how much power and healing she holds.
