Been a while since I competed in a show, and even longer since I have been on a podium. Thanks firstly to @thestrongmanway for putting up with my bullshit and coaching me through a string of injuries and periods of unavailability to train. Not only am I lucky to have you as a coach, your also my best mate and treasure your constant guidance.

I’m so proud of myself for the athlete I’m becoming. I know this is just the start and I’m so excited to continue to grow and be better, enjoying the process along the way.

I couldn’t do absolutely any of it without my little sims who put me together again.

If anyone can suggest a surgeon for a hoof reduction, I’d been v grateful. 🐴

Competing in the under 60kg class, Steph has built her reputation on disciplined training and a love for getting strong. Her dedication to the sport has taken her to the national platform, where she placed 3rd.

With 8 years of experience in strength coaching and 6 years running Ignite Nutrition, Steph brings a unique combination of coaching knowledge and real competitive experience to the team.
