Big day today! Birdie got to see her brother Gus again and meet his adoptive family. They still love each other and Gus is still the only dog she’ll let go anywhere near her. Gus learned how to play from his new brother Archie and we’re hoping he’ll teach Birdie soon.

Grateful to capture moments like this and couples who aren’t afraid to chase something real and unforgettable.

There are days that remind you why you do what you do, this was one of them. Golden light, quiet desert air, and two people completely in love with each other. Joshua Tree gave us those wide open views and surreal rock formations that make every image I captured on a different planet. I enjoyed this day with them, their dog Benny, and their guests.
