I’M TURNING MY FIRST MARATHON INTO A FUNDRAISER FOR LONG-TERM MISSIONS

I’ve been “running” with Jesus for almost ten years, and I decided to put my faith into action by running my first marathon with @boulderthon THIS SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 27TH.

Training for a marathon has taught me a lot about my walk with Christ and life in missions: to keep going when things get hard, to praise Him in the pain, that weakness is not failure, and that HIS STRENGTH enables me to do what I can’t do on my own.

Now, I’m running to keep running the race God has set before me—to keep saying yes to Him, to go wherever He sends me, and to make Jesus known.

I don’t know exactly what every mile ahead will look like, but I know I want to keep following Him.

This next season, I’ll be heading to YWAM Los Angeles as I take the next steps toward serving long-term in Italy, with the vision of eventually serving as a long-term missionary in Japan.

My goal is to raise $2,620 for 26.2 miles by October 2nd. Every dollar will help support my journey into long-term missions.

Will you run with me?

Grata a Dio per un’altra stagione di trasformazione 🌹

We graduated Bible School!! I have spent the last 3 months in Italy studying the Word of God with such incredible people🤍 God’s plans for my life are so much better than mine!! Back in September, when He asked me to do this Bible School, I was still in Kona trying to build the ministry there and I was running out of funds again and didn’t think I had the time to spare. But when God calls you to something, He makes a way! Being able to learn the historical and literary context of the Bible and how to study scripture and apply it, has transformed the way I see God and myself. God has brought so much revelation and healing in this season and I am walking away with so much peace, joyful memories, amazing friendships, and gratitude for the trials that pushed me toward deeper healing

The first two weeks we stayed in Taipei - Tamsui.
We had a lot of opportunities to share God‘s love to the people around us.
Some teaching opportunities we had while being there:
- facilitating smallgroup
- teaching about cultural differences
- singing and playing games with kids
- facilitating biblestudy

When we weren‘t doing ministries we prept for the next day or the next time teaching and mondays were usually our days of rest or we experienced the city.
One time we went to Shilin Night Market which was super fun.
On another day we went to see Taipei 101.
All in all it is an amazing time and Im learning so much while being here.
Thank you for your prayers and your financial help.
We are now in Yilan.
