USAPL RAW NATIONALS 2026- When @stephen.milillo came to us 4 years ago, he told me he wanted to compete in and place at a national meet. He has spent the last 4 years juggling school, clinical hours, and some TOUGH training blocks. 5th in the nation, a 7/9 day with a squat PR, and the only thing stopping him from a deadlift PR was his thumb literally exploding. Incredibly proud of him. Let’s work.

Marathon #5 - 3:33:29!!!
Didn’t hit the goal I had in mind, but still walked away with a 5-minute PR after a few stressful weeks leading into race day.
Huge thank you to my coach @matt_zelaya for guiding me through it — and to everyone in my life who listened to me complain about my IT band the last few weeks 🥲
So much more to come!!

Berlin Marathon #4 -4:01:32. Humbled 🥲 Training felt strong, but 80° and sunny had other plans and that’s okay! So grateful to cross the finish line and for this amazing experience ❤️❤️

2025 USAPL NY STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS:
Stephen jumped right into prep after his december meet. Despite having to deal with a very short turnaround and some very inflated training numbers, he put together a very solid meet in a stacked prime time session. Constantly impressed by how Stephen handles himself in training and on game day- I cannot wait to see what he can do in September. Thank you to @bentbarpl for hosting another quality meet.
