Dear 2025,

You marked the end of my acrobatics and tumbling career — a chapter that shaped my discipline, resilience, and identity. You celebrated me as I walked across the stage and earned my bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. You opened new doors by allowing me to begin my doctorate in occupational therapy, pushing me toward the future I’ve worked so hard to build.

You also gave me love in one of its most beautiful forms. Getting engaged in May changed everything, and asking my best friends to stand beside me as my maid of honor and bridesmaids reminded me just how lucky I am to be surrounded by people who support me so deeply.

You surprised me with meaningful opportunities, including the chance to work with a truly special group of gymnasts at LEGA. Watching them grow, work hard, and shine at their competition this season was such a rewarding reminder of why I love being part of this sport and community.

You brought joy in unexpected places — like discovering a love for line dancing — and strength through challenges. Even when you tested me with Tommy John surgery, you gave me healing in return. What once felt like a setback became life-changing, allowing me to live without pain and move forward stronger than before.

2025, you taught me that growth isn’t always loud or glamorous, but it is always meaningful. You showed me that endings can be beautiful, change can be healing, and the next chapter can be full of hope. Thank you for shaping me, stretching me, and preparing me for everything ahead
