Cali ultrarunner...always looking for new adventures!! 👟👟 ❤ ❤

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

My girls and I set a speed record paddling out today. The paddle back however…hello wind! But time on the water with your friends is always a great day! #paddle #outdooradventure

Time with friends is always time well spent. Thank you for the paddle, the conversation (we had soooo much to catch up on!), and the bday month celebration. Let’s do it again…soon!

End of my training block. Finishing it with these two made it all the better! We pushed hard, hopefully avoided the poison oak, and celebrated with post-run coffee (always hits). Next up…the reason for the training. #couchto25 #trailchix #girlsgetdirtytoo

It was bananas at the ballpark today! Err…Party Animals and Texas Tailgaters. Fun in the sun with my girls! #bananaball #laughoutloud

Surround yourself with friends who challenge you to be bold and ambitious. Friends who don’t judge you on your achievements, but encourage your efforts. Friends who help you to see the positive and beauty in the everyday.
And then, when they suggest couch to XX miles, sit up and pay attention to what you just committed yourself to doing.😂

Double digit run! It’s been a LONG time since I’ve said that. And even longer since I truly enjoyed it. I’m not saying it was easy. It wasn’t, and I hope I am stand tomorrow. But I left the weight of the week that I was carrying into this run out there on the trails.
And bonus to get to run the last 2.6 miles with @sarah_starr_08, who ran out to meet @stephrunsfar and me!

That’s right, we’ve jumped back onto the trail and even signed up for a little added motivation (aka, a large $ entry fee…as if there were any other kind). We’re back to deep conversations and solving all the problems, all in an attempt to “disguise” a few more miles. AND we are still drinking the best cup of coffee of our lives…the post-run coffee. Cheers!

Taking advantage of a cooler day to enjoy 8 trail miles with my girls. Perfect start to Sunday! #adventureseeker #trailchix #takeinthescenery

It’s paddle season!
Felt so good to be out on the (cold) water today. Let’s do it again tomorrow! Oh yah, work… OK, let’s do it again soon! #paddleboarding #paddlechix

Can you believe I get to run here?! This time of year is so beautiful on the trails. I don’t mean just these two hot mommas! 😂 #irunthisbody #trailchix

This is what a double digit run looks like! And trust me, it looks way better than it sounded (lots of huffing and puffing and negative self talk). Here’s to doing hard things. And all the better when you do them with a friend! #irunthisbody #trailrunning #ididntdie

Clearly my photo skills haven’t gotten any better.
Thankfully that’s not the reason I’m out there on the trail!
And in typical @stephrunsfar style, we ended on a hill. Yes, we crossed that bridge at the bottom of that last picture. #trailrunner #getdirty #workingforit
