We are so incredibly grateful for the generosity of our members and friends who continue to support the Covington Chamber. Every contribution helps us strengthen our programs, advocacy efforts and community connections—and your support truly means the world to us.

A very special thank you to Wade Barringer, a director on our board and the deputy superintendent of the Kent School District, for his generous personal contribution of $250, putting us very close to 50% mark. He is a Chamber Champion.

We appreciate all the contributions received to date to invest in the work we do and in the business community we serve. There is still time to give, and you don't have to be a member to contribute to our work. 💛

The Lock In Retreat + 12-Week Group Coaching Program is designed for real estate agents who are ready to pause the noise of daily business and reconnect with the bigger picture.

But what is it really like? In this video attendees from the 2026 Lock In Cohort share about what it is like to attend the retreat portion of Lock In.

”To not be in a high-rise hotel like every other conference, because it’s not about networking and it’s not about being business lady, it is truly about figuring out your life.” Kelly Zuger, Ensemble Real Estate

“ The first night I stepped into this amazing, gorgeous, like, log cabin where we were all staying, I knew right away this was gonna be an awesome weekend.” - Kris Jones, Windermere Gig Harbor

“You need to pack your comfies!” - Kale Corey, Windermere Capitol Hill

“ My favorite part about the retreat portion of Lock-In was the environment that we were in. We were at Island Wood in Bainbridge. It’s very wooded. It really feels like you’re at summer camp. I do not do well at conferences or places where I’m forced to sit at, like, a desk and table.” - Samantha Lamping, Coldwell Banker Capitol Hill

“ It allows you to release any outside distractions and really focus on the goal.” Stephanie Hunziker, Windermere Issaquah

“ If you are open to learning, this is the retreat for you. I guarantee it.” DiNero Williams, Windermere Central Sound

🤔💭 If you’ve ever found yourself knowing what you should do but struggling to follow through, this is the reset you’ve been waiting for.

Lock In Retreat is held at Islandwood on Bainbridge Island in Washington State.

January 21st-23rd, 2027 for the retreat, followed by 12 weeks of weekly group coaching.

** Tickets for Lock In are over half sold out, so if you’re thinking of joining us register at LockInAgents.com or pop Marguerite or Alyssa a DM and we can have a zoom and answer your questions.**

Thank you to our past attendees who’ve taken the time to share their Lock In stories with us. We’re so grateful!
