What a Weekend at @newzealand_nationals

If you asked me back in March what I was I would have told you I was an Ironman athlete with no idea I was going to compete at a high level CrossFit competition.

This is a long post as I have a lot of people to thank for this one.

The 5am Crew!! If it wasn’t for you guys I would have never been introduced to the sport. Mack in March I was just a gym girl walking into your class for the first time scared as hell. You have now become my family who I lean on for advice and support and took me in as one of you own. Thank you..
@gym56tokoroa Cedric and Leeanne. You have been so supportive on my journey. Cedric giving me his motivational and realistic talks and keeping me in check and forgetting me to the event
@ruark_fitness I don’t even know where to start here, you guys are amazing! I can’t thank you enough for how hard you pushed me to progress. Josh and nyxon you have had to deal with my 1000 different emotions the last couple of weeks so thanks for being a rocks.
ISEUL!! I love you! If it wasn’t for yo I would’ve never even done the qualifier and I felt like we went through this roller coaster together and it’s been the best experience. Thank you for being you and a great friend.
Leanne and Lilly for being the most amazing support crew all weekend.
And last but not least @athletic.peak Simon always best coach ever and got me prepped for yet again another event. And still keeping me fast as f boi!

Was a huge achievement for me to make finals and be in the top 8! And thanks to all the other ladies out there my my division you all smashed it out there 🫶🏼

Nationals 2025 ✅

Through the highs & lows we put our best effort into every event. Two elite teams is a statement in itself and we pride ourselves in the depth that our gym has.

However we hold ourselves to a standard and unfortunately couldn’t grab a podium spot this year. Lots of lessons moving forward and safe to say we are HUNGRY for the next one.

Massive thank you to our supporters our amazing community, we push hard not only for our team but our gym !!
