I’m feeling alive, got this joy inside 😎☀️

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

About last night! 🇧🇸🏅

I had the pleasure of attending the 2026 medal presentation ceremony for the National Youth Awards nominees, and honestly, it was exciting to see so many young Bahamians getting their flowers.

We celebrated young people doing incredible work in religion, the arts, sports, personal achievement, and so many other areas. I also loved seeing the Rising Stars recognised. Even at their age, they’re showing us what’s possible!

Hearing some of the stories behind the work made me appreciate the moment even more. So much effort happens behind the scenes, and it’s a beautiful thing to see these young people celebrated for it.

Congratulations to all the nominees! I can’t wait to see who our National Youth Awardees will be in December. 🏅

I had the pleasure of attending the Youth Parliamentarians’ Reception last night. Minister of Youth and Sports Mario K. Bowleg had a candid conversation with the new cohort of young people stepping into public service. He spoke honestly about what this road may look like while keeping the opportunity to serve at the heart of it all.

Starting tomorrow, youth voices will be represented in the House of Assembly and the Senate. I’m excited for the work ahead of these youth parliamentarians and youth senators.

After speaking with many of them last night, I can say this: young people care deeply about where The Bahamas is headed. Our future is in good hands. 🇧🇸

Our Gospel playlist for @newreleasetoday has been updated for the week! Our cover artist for the week is none other than THE Lisa Page Brooks. This veteran singer/preacher has been through so much, but she is continuing to bless others and bring joy and hope into the lives of many. Buy her new song, “Hands On Me” on Itunes and stream it on streaming platforms! Here is the link to the playlist and check the link in my bio. https://lnk.to/NewGospelPlaylist

We need conviction back in the music… 👀🔥

This episode of Car Test Certified surprised me in the best way.

“RUN” by @stermonr was inspired by Joseph choosing to flee from temptation — and that message really sits at the center of the song: sometimes the answer isn’t seeing how close we can get without falling. Sometimes, you just need to RUN.

What I loved most is how he wrapped such a serious message in a record that still feels fun, energetic, catchy, and full of that modern pop-country sound.

The vocals, the backgrounds, the BANJO?! Yeahhhh 😂👏🏾

Go stream “RUN,” check out the rest of his music, and make sure you follow @stermonr because this one is officially Car Test Certified ✅🚗🎶

Five-time Bahamas Gospel Music Awards winner Stermon continues to prove that he cannot be stopped! 🔥🎶

With consistency, creativity and a willingness to push beyond the familiar, Stermon returns with his debut EP, “RUN” a three-track project that showcases another side of his artistry. The project experiments with the sounds and influences of various genres, including Country, demonstrating Stermon’s ability to venture into new musical territory while maintaining his own distinctive identity.

Produced by Lesroy Byers, with songwriting collaborations from Avanti Bullard and Charles Smith, RUN represents continued growth for an artist who has remained consistent in releasing quality music and evolving his sound.

The production and overall quality of this project are superb, and its genre-blending approach has the potential to introduce Stermon’s music to an even broader audience, reaching listeners well beyond the shores of The Bahamas. 🇧🇸🌎

From winning five BGMA Awards to fearlessly exploring new sounds, Stermon continues to show that there is much more ahead.

Stermon is running and he isn’t slowing down. 🏃🏾‍♂️💨🎵

There’s so much to say about this project but Curlz constantly raises the bar every chance he gets! I’m just grateful my team and I got to play a part! Run drops this Friday! You know the rules, stream or you’re musty 🤷🏽‍♂️

I had the privilege of speaking with some amazing students at L.W. Young Junior High School in recognition of Suicide Prevention Month. It was an engaging session, filled with thoughtful questions and important conversations about the value of life, asking for help, and recognizing when those around us may need support. Amidst what some may say about this generation, I truly believe our future is bright with these young people!

As we continue to recognize Suicide Prevention Month, let’s create safe spaces for honest conversations. If you know someone struggling with suicidal thoughts, don’t ignore the signs. Listen, take them seriously, and help connect them with the appropriate professionals and resources. One conversation could make all the difference.

One year ago, I had the privilege of standing next to my twin brother as his best man on one of the biggest days of his life.

One year later, I’m happy to say I’ve had the opportunity to see his love for his wife up close. It’s been a privilege and an honor.

One thing I can say for certain is, what you see is what you get. It’s not performative and they don’t put on for social media. What you see online is exactly who they are in real life and that’s been so refreshing to witness.

Happy First Anniversary to you both. Wishing you many, many more years together and God’s continued blessings upon your union. Love you both.

P.S. I’m still waiting for my niece or nephew to make an appearance. 😏😂

It was so refreshing to be able to finally take a break from everything work, church, content creation and just reset. The past few weeks/months have been crazy and I was glad to be able to have moments to do absolutely NOTHING.

But to have the chance to be poured into at Mantle Conference was 😮‍💨🔥 10/10. From start to finish the prayer sessions, worship sets and every speaking session felt like it spoke directly to me.

I’m honestly ready to go again 😅😂🛫
Until next Time #Mantle #Vacation
