Still can't believe I actually did a 24-hour obstacle run. 🤯

It's already been 4 weeks since the event, and honestly... what an incredible adventure. From the obstacles to the energy in the pit and the other participants, everything about it was just perfect.

The preparation wasn't ideal. We had just bought a house, were renovating, moving, and life was pretty hectic. But despite all that, I still managed to achieve my goal: covering more than 100 kilometers.

A huge shoutout to my (pit)crew. They absolutely smashed it and made sure every pit stop only took me around 5–10 minutes. I didn't sit down once during the entire 24 hours!

The night was the part I feared the most. Running alone in complete darkness, through the woods, across fields, and even through a drainage tunnel underneath the highway (where I met more frogs than people 🐸😂). But somehow the hours flew by, and I kept ticking off lap after lap.

Around 4:30 AM it finally got tough. My stomach started acting up, the sleep deprivation kicked in, and I was running on fumes. Somehow I managed to do two more laps and collect every color-wristband.

🏅 Official distance with the bands: 105 km (500+ obstacles)
🏃 Total distance: 112 km

I honestly couldn't have done this without all the support I received. Massive thanks to everyone who supported me, whether you were there in person or cheering me on through messages. Special thanks to Dana for staying awake with me for the full 24 hours, and Patryk for coaching me through all of this. You guys made all the difference. ❤️

Asturias camper trip — 10 days of active holidays. This is what a fit body really gives you: endless hikes, swims, amazing food, laughs, adventures, and intimacy ❤️all without running out of energy. Asturias is a beautiful place, and we could enjoy it to the max thanks to being healthy. That’s the real reason to train: to fully live your life, not to impress others.

The Romanian deadlift is a great exercise for building strong gluteus maximus muscles, which are the largest and strongest in our body. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a bodybuilder, powerlifter, or runner or doing another sport—everyone should train these muscles.

I suggest that instead of taking breaks on your phone, you use your time efficiently by doing supersets. Try adding planks to strengthen your abdominal muscles or glute extensions to further develop your gluteus maximus and increase muscle volume.

A strong woman doesn’t just build her own strength; she also brings out the strength in those around her. You are incredibly strong, Sterre Happy Birthday. There was a time when my strength came from the pain in my heart, but now, my love for you keeps me going even when my mind wants to give up
