Harvest season, stained hands, early mornings, long days, shared bottles, and memories I’ll carry with me for a long time.
Feeling grateful to have experienced another harvest and to everyone who made it special along the way.

Special mention to my amazing housemates, my little harvest family, for the dinners, debriefs, support, and all the moments in between. Couldn’t have asked for better people to share this season with.

To the vines, the dirt, the cellar, and the people behind it all, thank you.

My kinda Chardonnay!
.
RockStar Chardonnay of 2025
.
As enjoyed with @burtoncbell_official @train & @neworderofficial we came to the conclusion that the Chardonnays from Victoria had an edge over many other regions.
.
This @oakridgewines Aqueduct Block from 2023 is so well designed & seamlessly great in so many aspects. From the tang & fragrant nose of grapefruit & caviar lime with a herbaceous undertone, to its colour of pure and clean white peach it promised greatness.
And greatness it was on the palate with so many levels of zesty yet luxurious citrus added to a base of crushed toasted walnuts & honey.. enough to make the Chardonnay varietal right at the top of my wine trends of 2025. Although still young, it’s so good now to hold for long, although this would last for at least another generation.
.
This wine deserves the ultimate glassware to enhance the experience The first splash into a large almost air weight “Inspire” glass by @eisch_glass made the wine shine.
.
If Chardonnay is your wine, head for the Aqueduct & thank @stevedfaulkner for the fruit & @bicknellfc for the magic on your way!
