We had the privilege of hosting the CrossFit Level 1 Certificate Course at Jurassic CrossFit this weekend! 🤍

Even better — four of our very own athletes are taking the course. They are gaining a comprehensive understanding of the CrossFit methodology. They’re learning about foundational movements, key points of performance, effective coaching strategies, nutrition, and programming. Through classroom instruction, small-group breakout sessions, and coach-led workouts, they’re developing the skills to apply CrossFit principles safely and effectively, whether to enhance their own fitness or to guide others on their fitness journeys.

We’re incredibly proud of them for stepping into this next chapter. As they prepare to step into coaching roles, this knowledge will not only level up their own fitness but also help them make a lasting impact on our community.

Now, if the rain would just cooperate… ⛈️

Huge thanks to CrossFit and the amazing seminar staff for making this experience possible!

Last week, the Best Hour team was hanging out in Manchester, CT, for our first-ever in-person Affiliate Intensive at @silkcityfit.

This opportunity was raffled off to Affiliates who signed up for Affiliate University during the 2024 CrossFit Games, and Silk City was the lucky winner💫

🤝We were excited to spend time with their team and see how they’ve been implementing what they’ve learned in Affiliate U.

@stevehaydockjj and @max_isaak spent 2 full days evaluating classes, providing real-time feedback to coaches, and diving into business strategy with Owners, Cory and Sara.

They walked through key operational improvements and gave Cory and Sara actionable steps to help their team and Affiliate grow📈

The BEST part? We’re coming back in 6 weeks to check in and see how the action items are coming along.

Silk City, thanks for having us—we can’t wait to see you soon! 👊
